1. Not medical advice

Gluten Free Product Reviews publishes editorial opinion and reader-submitted reviews about gluten-free food products. Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Gluten-free certification status, ingredient lists, and manufacturing facility conditions can change without notice. Always read the current label on the package and verify safety with the manufacturer before consuming a product. If you have celiac disease, a wheat allergy, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, or any other medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider for advice tailored to you. Do not rely on our reviews as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

2. Editorial opinion

Our reviews and ratings are opinions based on personal experience, research, and taste testing by our staff. Ratings are subjective editorial judgment. We compare products against named competitors and state our assessments plainly. We reserve the right to update, correct, or retract reviews when new information warrants. If you believe a review contains a factual error, contact editor@glutenfreeproductreviews.com; we review every correction request in good faith.

3. Affiliate relationships

The site contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial ratings. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Prices, availability, and product details on third-party retailer sites are outside our control and may change without notice. 4. User-submitted content

License you grant us

When you submit a review, comment, photo, or any other content ("User Content"), you grant GFPR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, excerpt, publish, distribute, and display that content, in any medium, in connection with the site and its promotion. This license survives deletion of your content or termination of your access to the site, to the extent necessary for legal and archival purposes. You retain ownership of your User Content; you are granting a license, not transferring ownership.

Your representations

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own it or have the right to grant the license above; (b) it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) any photo you submit does not contain an identifiable minor without the parent or guardian's consent; (d) it is not defamatory, harassing, unlawful, or knowingly false; (e) it does not contain personal information of others; and (f) it does not violate any applicable law.

Prohibited content

You may not submit content that:

• Makes medical, health, or treatment claims (including claims to cure, treat, or prevent disease).
• Contains defamatory or knowingly false statements about a brand or individual.
• Contains spam, promotional material, affiliate links, or self-promotion.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or sexually explicit material.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.
• Is a fake review (as defined by the FTC's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials, 16 CFR Part 465). We do not accept fake, incentivized, or manipulated reviews.
• Violates any law.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to edit, format, or excerpt User Content for clarity, length, or style when used in editorial contexts.

Moderation

We moderate user reviews and comments but do not pre-screen every submission. Any User Content reflects the view of the person who submitted it, not GFPR. We do not guarantee the accuracy of User Content.

5. Our editorial content

All reviews, ratings, articles, photography, graphics, and other content created by GFPR or its staff (collectively, "Editorial Content") are the intellectual property of GFPR and are protected by copyright and related laws. You may view Editorial Content for personal, non-commercial use, and you may share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Editorial Content in full without prior written permission.
• Use Editorial Content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, or automated system, without our prior written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest Editorial Content or database contents.
• Remove copyright notices, attribution, or disclosures.

6. DMCA / copyright notices

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL or other specific location of the alleged infringement; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We may decline to act on incomplete notices. We will respond in accordance with the DMCA, including notifying the user whose content is the subject of the notice and providing them a right to submit a counter-notice. We terminate access for repeat infringers.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that Editorial Content will be accurate or complete, that any product mentioned will remain gluten-free certified, or that prices, availability, or nutritional information on third-party retailer sites will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFPR and its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product you purchase based on information on the site. This includes, without limitation, any adverse reaction, health consequence, or other harm you experience from consuming a product you learned about on this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, the above limits apply to the extent permitted.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GFPR, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your User Content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any decision you make about your health, diet, or food choices based on information from the site.

9. Third-party sites

The site links to third-party websites, including retailers via affiliate links. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or products. Your transactions with third-party retailers are between you and them.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, or remove your User Content, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the license you grant us, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GFPR's home state — to be set on publish], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration clause below, any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [county, state — to be set], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

You and GFPR agree that any dispute between us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an action in small-claims court for claims within its jurisdiction, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property claims. You and GFPR waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Arbitration opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@glutenfreeproductreviews.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, including your name and an explicit statement that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other part of the Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, give notice on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Entire agreement; severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Partners disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and GFPR regarding the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
